RapDeck Privacy Policy

Files you choose to upload

RapDeck processes the portrait and audio you submit to create your requested video. Preparing a portrait crop and a short audio clip takes place in your browser. Submitting a generation request uploads those prepared files to our service and sends temporary links to KIE, our video generation provider. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and human verification.

Private by default

Uploads and generated videos are not automatically published in the public showcase. Access to your result is tied to a secure browser cookie. Do not share a device or browser profile if you do not want other users of it to see your results. Clearing the cookie may prevent you from accessing a previous result.

Storage and retention

Input files are deleted from RapDeck storage when a completed result has been copied successfully. Incomplete or failed tasks may retain their inputs. Generated videos and task records are retained for retrieval and troubleshooting; a fixed automatic retention period has not yet been implemented. Download results you want to keep. We cannot guarantee indefinite availability. The generation provider manages its own processing and retention under its policies.

Account and technical data

If you create an account, we process login information and account settings. The preview uses a random device identifier, a keyed hash of the network IP address, timestamps and task status to enforce limits and prevent duplicate charges. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded when you request generation. Essential cookies support authentication, language choice and result access.

Your choices

Upload only material you have permission to use. Do not submit sensitive personal information or private information about others. Public showcase permission is separate from permission to process a file for generation. Contact support@rapdeck.com to request assistance or deletion; include your task identifier, never your password.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and successful generations, and Microsoft Clarity records masked interactions to help improve usability. These scripts are not loaded before consent. Uploads, filenames and the private result area are masked; we do not send your input or task identifier as analytics events. Advertising consent remains denied. Use Cookie settings in the footer to refuse or withdraw; essential generation and login cookies are unaffected.
